I think I've received the wrong product, can you help?

Our team works very quickly to ensure all designs are built and despatched to reach you as quick as possible. All products are quality checked before being shipped, but very occasionally mistakes do happen! If you think we've made a mistake please first check the items you have received against your Order Confirmation email. If you still think you've received the wrong product, please contact us and we'll put it right for you.

Please note that lens colours may look very different when opened and viewed inside in artificial light, compared to how they look outside in the environment you will be using the product. Therefore if you think you have the wrong lens, please take it out into natural light to check before contacting us.
